Rick has been coaching people since his early days of college while studying for his degree in Fitness Development. Noticing the disconnect between the principles in how the human body adapts to stress and how trainers actually applied what they know, the Kompf Training System was developed. From working with only 4 clients back in his Junior year of college to having over 100 people in which he works with weekly Rick has made a scalable system that will work for anyone when performed consistently!
